Fashion Freelancing is a design studio, not a data business. We collect the minimum needed to reply to your enquiry and deliver your project, we treat your project files as confidential business information, and we do not sell personal data or run advertising trackers. This page explains the details and your rights.
1. Who We Are
fashionfreelancing.com (the "Site") is operated by [Legal Entity Name], [Registered Address]. For privacy questions contact [privacy@ email] or hello@fashionos.app.
2. Information We Collect
- Enquiry details you provide. When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you select, and your project description. The Site has no user accounts. If the quote form is unavailable, briefs reach us by email at hello@fashionos.app — the same commitments apply.
- Project materials. If you engage us, the files you share for the project (sketches, tech packs, product photos, size charts, brand assets) are processed to deliver the work and treated as confidential business information under our Terms.
- Technical data. Standard server and analytics data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, approximate (city-level) location. No precise GPS.
- Communications. Emails and messages you exchange with us, retained for the working relationship.
3. How We Use Information
- Reply to your enquiry with a quote — the purpose you gave it to us for;
- Deliver contracted projects and communicate about them;
- Operate, secure and improve the Site;
- Send occasional service updates only if you opt in — never a purchased list, and you can unsubscribe at any time;
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share your project files, unreleased designs or business information with anyone outside the project team.
- We do not use your commissioned work or confidential materials to advertise to others, or display them publicly without written permission.
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Site.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with: (a) service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver email or provide analytics — bound by contract to use it only on our instructions; (b) authorities where a binding legal demand requires it, narrowed to what the demand strictly requires; (c) a successor entity in a merger or asset sale, with prior notice to you.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use strictly-necessary cookies for Site operation and, where deployed, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. Where law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we ask first. No advertising cookies, ever.
7. Retention
- Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted or anonymised after [12] months.
- Project files and correspondence: retained for the project and for [24] months after completion for support and warranty, then deleted on request or per schedule.
- Legal and tax records: as long as law requires.
8. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+). Access to client files is limited to the people working on your project. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach likely creates risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as applicable law requires.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction, and consent withdrawal. Email [privacy@ email] — we respond within 30 days and verify identity before acting.
- India (DPDPA 2023): you may contact our Grievance Officer at [grievance@ email], and you may nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
- EU/UK (GDPR): our legal bases are contract performance (quotes, projects), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies) and legal obligation. You may complain to your supervisory authority; we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
10. International Transfers
We work with clients globally; data may be processed in [hosting regions]. Where transfer rules apply (EEA/UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Children
The Site is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children\'s data.
12. Changes & Contact
Material changes are posted with a new date and, where appropriate, emailed. Questions: [privacy@ email] · hello@fashionos.app · [Legal Entity Name], [Registered Address].
